Our videos provide the best effective and enduring safety mindset education by incorporating a personalized perspective on safety. This perspective allows employees to see the importance and value of prioritizing their safety, leading to long-term changes in their everyday decision-making process, and therefore a reduction in company risk, injury, and accidents.

The benefits of MiltSafe videos are twofold; we help reduce employee risk in the workplace, which in turn helps improve company financial success. The correlation between company safety and financial success is simple: the substantial decrease in costly worker’s injuries, incidents and claims results in a decrease of company compensation costs, fines, and lawsuits.

Let us help reduce your costs and increase your success. To invest in company safety is to invest in company success.

OSHA is a minimal standard and simply complying with the OSHA requirements may not always result in reduced injuries in your workplace. "OSHA compliance” is a phrase that’s been used for many years in our industry.  In our opinion, the only entity that can determine OSHA compliance, is OSHA itself!

At MiltSafeSM our focus is slightly different.  We target in on those risks/hazard areas that are likely to be the primary cause of injuries and incidents and we educate your team around those risks, thus creating a pro-active safety mindset.

We have found over the past 25 years of using our system, that when an employee is properly educated and is attending to risks in their work environment on a daily basis, OSHA related items become less of a challenge.

If your focus is limited just to OSHA compliance versus injury prevention, we do offer several short videos that review the most frequently cited OSHA standards in your industry and offers tips for readiness.

If you are interested in OSHA related services, our parent organization, Safety Solution Consultants, Inc. can assist you.  (www.safety-solution.com)
